WELCOME Company simulators, originally
called "Business Games", are now computerised pre-designed scenarios used to develop decision-making
abilities through the observation of decision outcomes, that is, actual learning from the consequences
of decisions in a virtual reality. As computerised simulations compress time and save real resources
participants become "virtual managers" during a short but intense period of time. Welcome to
the web page of LABAMS, the Laboratory of Administration and Management Simulations
installed by Michelsen Consulting at the University of Warwick Business School,
dedicated exclusively to reception, registration, processing, publication of
results and file keeping for nine company simulations.
